         <description>Minnesota dropped from second to fourth &amp;#8212; its worst ranking &amp;#8212; and Wisconsin dropped from 12th to 17th in UnitedHealth Foundation's annual ranking of healthiest states. Overall, the nation's health stagnated. The 2008 rankings were based on outcomes in 2006 and 2007, before the economic slide.
